Find the work eating your week. Then build what does it instead.

BitStride maps how work actually moves through your business, finds where it drags, and builds the custom AI tool or automation that closes the gap. For businesses of any size, from a five-person shop to a Fortune 50 enterprise. Yours to keep.

Any size, same care

Experience from mom-and-pop shops to Fortune 50 enterprises. Every job is scoped to the business in front of us.

Built on your process and data

Not a template someone else is also renting. It's yours to keep.

We stay after launch

Measuring what changed and tuning it, as part of the job.

Tools that fit the way you already work

No off-the-shelf software to bend your business around. We start with your process and build what's missing.

Process mapping

We follow the work through your business the way it actually travels, not the way the org chart says it does, and mark every place it stalls, doubles back, or waits on a person.

What you get: A written map of how work moves, and a shortlist of where it drags.

Custom AI tools

Purpose-built tools that draft, sort, summarise, extract, and answer, trained on your process and your data rather than a generic template someone else is also renting.

What you get: A tool built around your business. Yours to keep.

Workflow automation

We connect the systems you already pay for and hand the repetitive steps between them to machines: intake, follow-ups, reporting, scheduling, hand-offs.

What you get: The steps in between, running without anyone watching them.

What's slowing you down?

These are the things we find in almost every business we walk into. Tick the ones that sound like your week and they'll be added to your message below, so you don't have to explain them twice.

Three steps to your stride

A conversation first, working versions early, and we stay after it's live.

1

Map

A conversation, not a sales pitch. We learn how your process really runs, where the time leaks out, and what "running smoothly" would look like for your team.

You see the map before anything is built
2

Build

We build the tool or the automation and put working versions in front of the people who will use it while it is still cheap to change.

Working versions early, not a reveal at the end
3

Run & refine

You run with it and we stay close: measuring what actually changed, tuning the rough edges, and making sure the gains are still there once the novelty has worn off.

Part of the job, not an upsell

Sometimes the answer isn't AI. We'll tell you.

Plenty of the drag in a small business is a process problem wearing a software costume. When that's what we find, we fix the cheaper thing, even though the bigger project was the other answer.

Questions we get asked first

Is this for a business our size?

Yes, whatever that size is. We have built for small mom-and-pop shops and for Fortune 50 enterprises, and every engagement is scoped to the business in front of us. You do not need an IT department, an existing tech stack, or anyone technical on your side of the table.

Do we own what you build?

Yes. Whatever we build is built on your process and your data, and it belongs to you. It is not a subscription to our platform, and it is not rented back to you.

What if AI is not the right fix?

Then we say so. A lot of the drag in a small business is a process problem wearing a software costume. When that is what we find, we fix the cheaper thing rather than build something you did not need.

What do we get in writing before anything is built?

A map of how the work moves today, a shortlist of what is worth fixing and in what order, a scope of what will be built and what it will not do, and a plain statement of what "this worked" will look like. All of it is written down and agreed before anything is built.

What happens after it goes live?

We stay. We measure what changed, tune the rough edges, and keep the gains from fading. That is part of the engagement, not an add-on.
